The Founders

The company was founded by Timothy McNamara and Tracey Manzi who originally envisioned the idea when building their litigation consulting practice.

Timothy M. McNamara

Founder

Timothy McNamara spent 13 years in the financial services industry where he worked in a variety of sales, marketing, management and investment advisory roles. Just prior to starting Clearview, Tim co-founded New England Divorce Solutions, a firm that provides litigation and consulting advice to family law attorneys. Before leaving Corporate America to pursue his passion, Tim was a SVP at Morgan Stanley where he built a $225 million business and had four employees.

Tim has a B.S. from Boston College, is certified in divorce mediation and holds the Certified Financial Forensic and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst designations.

Tracey M. Manzi

Founder

Prior to starting Clearview, Tracey Manzi founded New England Divorce Solutions, a boutique litigation consulting practice that provides business valuations and litigation support services to family law attorneys and their clients on the financial issues of divorce.  Before venturing out on her own, Tracey was a VP at Standish Mellon Asset Management where she helped manage $3 billion dollar of global fixed income assets.  While at Standish, Tracey built a portfolio risk management and trading system to improve portfolio reporting and analytic capabilities.

Tracey is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst, Accredited Valuation Analyst, Certified Financial Forensic Analyst and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst designations and is a divorce mediator.
